General Contracting & Facility Maintenance Services

IPC Group handles commercial general contracting, ongoing facility maintenance and repairs for one building or multiple properties across the Twin Cities, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Build-outs, specialty trades and retail installations are part of that service.

Choose your path

One Building, or a Multi-Site Program?

The trades overlap. The planning, scheduling and reporting do not — so it helps to name which one you're solving for.

Services That Work Together on One Project

A store refresh might start as a survey, become a fixture install, and end as a standing maintenance program. Scoping them together means one schedule, one invoice trail and one person who knows the history of every site.

Common questions

Services FAQs

Can I book a single service call or a standing agreement?

Both are available. You can book a single service call for one repair, or set up a standing service agreement that covers a location or a whole portfolio on a recurring basis. Agreements give you a known contact and consistent reporting after each visit.

Does IPC Group work after hours or overnight?

Yes. Overnight and after-hours scheduling can be arranged for retail and commercial properties, so installs, maintenance and repairs happen without disrupting customers or tenants. Schedules are built around store hours, landlord rules and access requirements at each site.

Does IPC Group handle multi-site programs?

Yes. IPC Group runs multi-site programs across Minnesota and Wisconsin, including retail displays and kiosks, project rollouts, site surveys and multi-site enhancements. We have managed more than 1,500 sites for a single product rollout, with scheduling and photo close-out handled under one point of contact.

Do you handle plumbing and electrical work?

IPC Group coordinates licensed plumbing and electrical trades for break-fix and construction scope rather than self-performing that work. Their visits are scheduled alongside our own crews, so you still deal with one contact for the whole job.

How do I request a quote for a service?

Use the Request a Quote form or call 763-338-1088. Include the property address or site list, a short description of the scope, your timeline and any business-hours restrictions. Photos or drawings help us review the work and price it faster.
