About IPC Group

We Work for Our Clients — and with Them

IPC Group is a mid-sized commercial general contractor and maintenance company based in Blaine, Minnesota, built on small-company values, large-company capabilities, and quality, lasting relationships. We handle commercial projects, ongoing facility maintenance and repairs across the Twin Cities and Midwest.

Who we are

General Contracting and Ongoing Facility Maintenance

IPC Group holds Minnesota building license BC720505 and provides commercial general contracting, routine facility maintenance and repairs across Blaine, Minneapolis, St. Paul and greater Minnesota and Wisconsin. Build-outs, framing, drywall and carpentry are part of that broader service.

Across the Midwest, we manage multi-site programs: displays, kiosks, digital hardware, surveys and ongoing facility maintenance and repairs. We've managed more than 1,500 sites for a single product rollout, which is the kind of work that only functions when communication and documentation are treated as part of the job rather than an afterthought.

Both sides of the business run on the same crews-and-accountability model. You talk to the person responsible for your project. Problems get reported early, not discovered at walk-through. And the estimate you approve is the one we work to.

Our Values: Seven Words We Use on Job Sites

These aren't wall art. They're how we decide what to tell a client and when.

  • 01Honesty
  • 02Professionalism
  • 03Responsiveness
  • 04Quality
  • 05Experience
  • 06Value
  • 07Direct accountability
How we work

Experienced Crews, Direct Accountability

The reason multi-site work is hard isn't the trades — it's keeping a hundred moving parts honest. We staff projects with crews who have done the work before, keep the same contact from estimate through close-out, and document what happened at each site.

  • One point of contact from estimate to final punch
  • Crews with commercial and retail experience, not general labor
  • Quality, experience and value priced in the same estimate
  • Schedules built around store hours and occupied buildings
  • Problems raised early, in writing
  • Work documented site by site
